This website describes makeup, hair, and related beauty services offered by Ethmaya Beauty Luxe. Descriptions, durations, and starting prices are provided for guidance; your final price is confirmed before any appointment is finalized.

Certain features, including booking an appointment, require a personal account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. A valid phone number is required before any appointment can be confirmed, so we can reach you about your booking.

4. Booking, cancellation & no-shows

Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation are governed by our Cancellation & No-Show Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photography, video, text, and the Ethmaya Beauty Luxe name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Ethmaya Beauty Luxe and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client photos or videos are only published with a signed Photo/Video Release Form.

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt the booking system, scrape content at scale, submit false booking information, or use the contact form for spam or unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. Individual results (e.g., how long makeup lasts) can vary based on skin type, weather, and activity level, and are not guaranteed beyond what is explicitly stated on a service page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethmaya Beauty Luxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
