Answers before you ask.
How far in advance can I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked as little as 24 hours in advance, and as far out as 90 days. Bridal trials and peak-season weekends fill up faster, so earlier is always better.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations inside that 48-hour window are not eligible for online cancellation. Please contact the studio directly. See our full Cancellation & No-Show Policy for details.
Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes, a quick account (Google or email) lets us confirm your appointment, send reminders, and keep your booking history in one place. It takes under a minute to set up.
Do you require a deposit?
Not at this time. Some services may introduce an optional deposit in the future; if that changes for your booking, it will be shown clearly before you confirm.
Do you travel to weddings and events?
Yes, on-location service is available. Select "on-location" during booking and a travel fee will be calculated automatically.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean, product-free skin unless otherwise noted for your specific service. Each service page lists tailored preparation tips: check the "Preparation" section before you come in.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?
Absolutely, rescheduling is available from your account up until 48 hours before your appointment, and doesn't count against you the way a late cancellation would.
How do I know a time slot is really available?
The booking calendar only shows real, currently-open slots. It's checked in real time, so if you can select it, it's yours to confirm.
